Kind, caring, and great with my dog. She loves to visit them. There have been a couple of times I've called in an emergency, and they could not help in their clinic, but they immediately referred me to clinics that could. Most recently, my dog ate a skein of yarn. Because All Pets would not be able to perform the necessary surgery, they sent me to Bright Eyes and Bushy Tails' urgent care. By the time my dog and I reached BE&BT, All Pets had called them to inform them of my visit and sent my dog's vet history, making an absolutely horrible morning slightly better.

All Pets did not have time to kill my cat, and it turned out she did not need to die anyway. Evil people. Given how large a practice, and how long they have been around, you would think they would have a lot of reviews. Nope! They work hard to get negative reviews deleted, and *still* have one of the lowest ratings in the area. Short summary: Sammy had fecaliths, which meant a frightening overnight and probably $500. So it was a regular thing to go there. Then, she developed breast cancer and needed a teat chopped out, $2,000? She was understandably upset and not eating. Another trip to All Pets; a vitamin B shot and some $20.00 per can high calorie cat food. If she did not start eating by Friday, bring her in to be euthanized. No eating, so when Friday came, I called to schedule her euthanasia. All Pets could not fit her in until the following Wednesday! My guess is that there isn't much profit in euthanasia, so it was a low priority procedure. Luckily, I called a practice that I think was called "Creature Comfort" on North Dodge. They understood my situation, but suggested we try non-lethal methods first. They force-fed her, using high-calorie food mixed with water so it was injectable down her throat with something like a turkey baster. Importantly, they let me be with her the whole time, which I think comforted Sammy, and showed me how to force-feed. Same special cat-food as All Pets, but more like $2 per can. Sammy survived and had another two, maybe three happy years despite All Pets.
